We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The spacious and clean room had comfortable pillows and a cozy bed. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to shops, a petrol station, and a train station. Additionally, we appreciated the reserved parking and the friendly staff who made us feel welcome.

Nothing to dislike.

Our stay at Carlton Star exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the bus terminal. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm water and the decent-sized room with a view of the "pond". The bed was comfortable, and despite the worn-out sheets, we had no skin reactions. The staff, especially Naim, were helpful and friendly. we had a satisfactory experience and would recommend this hotel.

Located in the heart of the city, it’s easy to get around and explore the area on foot. the rooms are spacious, well-furnished and have good bathroom facilities. the helpful staff are always present and breakfast is basic, yet satisfying. the hotel offers great value for money and is situated near shopping areas and restaurants.

The television reception was poor and some channels had no audio.
